This seriously made us LOL into this Monday. Stayzilla took some major jabs at OYO Rooms on Twitter, and it’s definitely worth a read!
It all started with Stayzilla starting with the desi classic – Tumse Na Ho Payega with the Stayzilla war cry of #BaapOfAllStays (cheeky, guys, cheeky!)
Oyo Rooms tried to promote their Father’s Day campaign AND retort to Stayzilla. Such ambition. Much wow.
Things kinda got awkward for them and their ad campaign…
Stayzilla tore into the Oyo Father’s Day ad by basically demanding the time spent watching their video back. Legit.
(Sure, why stop at lollipops...hand out that gift voucher to really drive home the point. Hahaha, gotta love the audacity!)
Oyo’s troubles didn’t stop with just Stayzilla. One Aseem Garg added to the burn. Ouch.
You’d think the trolling would end here, but Stayzilla reaahhaaaalllyy seemed decided on driving home the Baap Baap Hota Hai point…
OYO then decided to troll Stayzilla’s door tag with a cheeky #LatakteRaho.
Stayzilla didn’t let that one slide – they came back with a response spelling out the difference in their business models.
Man, if we had a rupee for every time brands make us LOL at each other’s expense!
