Google Now Allows You To Unsend Emails You Wish You Didn’t Send!

Can you relate to the following emotions?

1 When you Reply All instead of Reply

2. When you plain simple send your mail to the wrong person.

3. When you are making fun of a colleague (or your boss), but end up sending the mail to them as well.

4. When you have not completed your mail, but through the magic of your fat fingers you end up sending a half written email.

5. ‘Sorry, forgot to attach’

Well, there’s an end to this, as Gmail has just rolled out a feature which allows you to UNSEND your sent emails, and call it back!

SAVIOUR!

So here’s how it works

Gmail has a functionality that delays sending your email for a few seconds after you click Send, so you can take it back if you need to.

It begun with a 5 second delay in it’s beta phase, but now you can choose to delay sending your mails for 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds, as per your wish.

How long was the feature in testing for?

SIX long years.

Is it on mobile yet?

Nope, but it’s going to be.

Only if this feature was rolled out earlier. Better late than never!
