Brands being cheeky and leveraging adwords is not uncommon. Like remember when Samsung tried to pull a fast one on Apple:

So, Stayzilla launched a heart-warming ad that was winning a lot of eyeballs. Aaand, we weren’t the only ones paying attention. Airbnb got cheeky and apparently paid Google lots to bump up their name when a user searches for “Stayzilla”. Stayzilla didn’t take it lying down. They instantly tweeted this!

Haha, well done. This totally reminded us of when the Messers become the Messies!
