The ad earns points where it deserves. In a month where tension has been brewing between the two nations with respect to Pakistan’s participation in the ongoing world cup – this ad throws a fresh perspective at the relationship between the two countries. An ad featuring the most popular sports couple across the border arguing about their countries had to go viral – but only a handful will remember that it was a Nestle ad.
Their banter does capture attention, but apart from the fact that their timing is bang on and it has potential for media attention – there’s really nothing else in it.
